7. PAYMENT, CREDIT CARD DETAILS & FRAUD PREVENTION

7.1. You agree, understand, and confirm that the payment details (including credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet information) provided by you for availing services on the Website will be correct and accurate, and you shall not use any payment instrument that is not lawfully owned by you.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number. For orders cancelled within this window, a nominal payment gateway processing fee of 2.5% may be applied to the refund amount.

Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched will be treated as a return and shall be subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please note that requests for order cancellations during promotional or flash sales may not be accepted, as the dispatch process begins immediately upon order receipt.

8.2. Cancellation by Mopixie Store:

Any dispute or difference, either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto shall be referred to an independent arbitrator to be appointed by Mopixie Store, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.

22.3. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The seat of the arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

23. SEVERABILITY
