1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified.
  • If an item is out of stock or there’s a delay, we’ll notify you immediately and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We ship across all Indian PIN codes using reliable courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your package is handed to the courier, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • The tracking status will be updated within 24 hours. You can also track your order anytime on the My Account / My Orders page.
  • If the tracking hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please reach out to us (contact details below).

4. Delivery Delays & Issues

We strive to deliver within the promised window, but occasional delays may occur due to:
  • Natural calamities, city lockdowns, bandhs, or local festivals.
  • Incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient.
  • Courier-related operational delays.
Our commitment:
If a delay exceeds 21 days from the estimated delivery date, you can choose to:
  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund, or
  • Request a free re-shipment of the same item.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for most PIN codes. If COD isn’t supported in your area, you’ll see a notification at checkout.
  • COD orders are subject to a non-refundable handling fee of ₹50, which covers courier remittance charges.
  • To reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates and ensure faster delivery, we encourage prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Prepaid orders enjoy free standard shipping and priority processing.

6. Customer Refusing to Accept Shipment (RTO)

If a customer refuses to accept the shipment, does not pick up calls, or provides an incorrect address, resulting in the parcel being returned to origin:
  • Mopixie Store cannot be held responsible for delivery failure in such cases.
  • We will, however, make best efforts to re-deliver the order.
  • Any re-shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
1. Do not accept the package if the outer box appears heavily damaged – instead, note it with the delivery person.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@mopixiestore.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9398672899.
3. Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
4. After verification, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India through our online store. For international orders, please contact us directly, and we’ll explore the best possible solution.

9. Returns & Exchanges

A quick overview:
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
