This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we can process returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a straightforward and transparent process.

1. General Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to most products, giving you the confidence to shop without worry. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
  • The request is made within the 7-day window from the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is included with the return shipment.
  • For any defect or damage, a clear unboxing video is required as proof. This video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the specific defect or error.

3. Scenarios Eligible for Free Returns/Exchanges

You are entitled to a free and full refund or exchange if:

  • You receive a wrong or incorrect product that does not match your order.
  • The product you receive is defective, damaged, or of poor quality. We require an unboxing video for such cases to facilitate a swift resolution.
  • Your order is delivered after a significant delay beyond the committed timeline without prior notification.

In these instances, Mopixie Store will cover all shipping charges for the return and provide a full refund or a free replacement, according to your preference.

4. Scenarios Where a Nominal Fee Applies

  • Change of Mind / Size Mismatch: If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons such as a change of mind or a size mismatch, we will process the request. However, a nominal fee of ₹100 per return/exchange will be charged to cover a portion of the reverse logistics and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount or charged during the exchange process. Please note, this service is offered as a one-time courtesy per order to ensure fairness to all our customers.
  • Bundled or Combo Purchases: Products purchased as part of a pack or bundle are not eligible for individual returns. The entire bundle must be returned in its original, complete state to qualify for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or at a discounted price, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are missing their original packaging, labels, or tags.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact our support team within the 7-day window:

  2. Provide your Order Number and clearly state the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the product, including the issue and any relevant packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong-item claims.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with approval or a reason for decline, along with the next steps.

    Upon approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup for eligible defective or wrong product returns from an address you provide. For all other returns, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be applied.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number immediately. For orders cancelled within this window, a small payment gateway processing fee of 2.5% will be applied to the refund amount. Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched will be treated as a return and subject to the policy above.

8. Refund Processing Timelines & Modes

Once your returned item is received and passes a quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Inspection & Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 1-2 business days of receiving the product back.
  •  Credit to Statement: The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 2-3 business days for bank transfers and 5-7 business days for credit card payments, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Refund Mode: For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source (e.g., UPI, credit card, bank account). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account details you provide. As per new self-regulation guidelines, we will align with your preferred refund method where possible.

9. Self-Shipping for Returns (If Pin Code is Unserviceable)

In the rare event that your pin code is non-serviceable for our reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product back to our warehouse at the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely, with the Order ID and registered mobile number clearly mentioned on the packaging. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund and reimburse your self-shipping costs, up to a maximum of ₹100. We recommend using a reliable courier service like Speed Post for your self-return.

10. RTO (Return to Origin) for Undelivered Orders

If a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order is returned to our warehouse due to repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or the provision of an incorrect/incomplete address, we will process a refund for the product cost after deducting the two-way shipping charges borne by us. Mopixie Store reserves the right to deny COD service on future orders from such accounts.
